Admission & Withdrawal
ADMISSION
- The management reserves to itself the right of admission.

Admission is open to all irrespective of their caste, creed or
community; provided they qualify.

Those applying for admission, as a rule, to appear for achievement
tests in the main subjects, they are tested as for terminal level
of the class below the one for which they seek admission.

A pupil who has attended a recognized school must submit a
transfer certificate from the school. In the case of students from
unrecognized private school or those who have not attended school,
official birth certificate from such as the Municipal or
Panchayat, in support of the date of birth must be submitted.
Affidavits are not accepted as a valid document. Excepting for
clerical error, claims for change of date of birth are not
entertained.
WITHDRAWAL AND DISMISSAL

Parents desirous of withdrawing their ward from school must give a
month's notice in writing, however the complete installment of the
fee will be charged.

All dues must be cleared, library books returned before the child
is withdrawn and transfer certificate obtained.

Students who fail in a class for two consecutive years will not be
allowed to continue in the school.

The management reserves to itself their right to dismiss any
students.

If inspite of the best efforts made by the school, a student's
performance in class is below average he/she will not be admitted
to the senior secondary section of the school after the secondary
school examination.

A student with a poor disciplinary profile will also be dismissed
from school.
